I seriously got involved with product returns at Solectron Corporation (today part of Flex Corporation). I have founded 12Return because I believe in the importance of the reverse supply chain in a customer-centric and circular economy. Furthermore, I want to contribute to a better understanding of the reverse supply chain and returns management. That is why I wrote the Returns Management book and offer the Rethink Returns program.
